fix: set real baseURL/title so canonical/og/RSS URLs stop pointing at example.org

Every rendered page carried <link rel=canonical>, og:url and RSS <link> for
http://example.org/... and an empty <title>. Set baseURL to the actual site
(https://libertytools.io/) and title to 'Liberty Tools'; verified zero
example.org references in the rebuilt public/.
